The Ithaca Birth Group is a not-for-profit community organization, founded in 1975, offering a seminar discussion series on topics related to pregnancy, birth, parenting and successful breastfeeding. We welcome friends, family and all interested parties to our discussions.

We offer:

• Information, support, and referrals, including ongoing telephone support
• An informal, caring environment where all lifestyles are accepted
• A way to meet other parents and form lasting friendships
• A lending library of books, magazines and videos
